FUJIFILM F-Log LUT Pack
Technical LUTs for transforming FUJIFILM F-Log, F-Log2, and F-Log2 C footage to Rec. 709 with enhanced color accuracy.
What’s Included:
In this pack, you’ll find separate folders for different cameras. These each have specific tweaks to achieve the best color accuracy for their respective sensors.
There is also a folder named General Purpose, which doesn't have any specific tweaks and can be used on cameras I haven’t customized yet with great results. However, since each camera also has minor color deviations, I'll continue to add camera-specific LUTs to address them. In the meantime, for any other FUJIFILM camera, simply use the General Purpose LUTs, which will still provide accurate, neutral color.
Contains:
General Purpose
X-H2S
File Names Explained:
- F-Log Undone: Accurate, fully saturated color with a custom curve to give a finished look with one step. Use in post-production.
- F-Log Undone LC: Accurate neutral color with no curve changes. Better for high contrast scenes. LC = Low Contrast. Use in post-production and add contrast to taste.
- F-Log2 Undone: Accurate, fully saturated color with a custom curve to give a finished look with one step. Use in post-production.
- F-Log2 Undone LC: Accurate neutral color with no curve changes. Better for high contrast scenes. LC = Low Contrast. Use in post-production and add contrast to taste.
- F-Log2 C Undone: Accurate, fully saturated color with a custom curve to give a finished look with one step. Use in post-production.
- F-Log2 C Undone LC: Accurate neutral color with no curve changes. Better for high contrast scenes. LC = Low Contrast. Use in post-production and add contrast to taste.
Tip: In post-production, adjust exposure before applying the LUT if the clip is over or underexposed. The LUTs are built on correct exposure principles from FUJIFILM’s whitepapers, which means 18% gray should be exposed to 46% in-camera, or a 10-bit code value of 470 for F-Log, and 38% or 400 code value for F-Log2 / Flog2 C. This also matches the in-camera view assist and exposure tools so you can rely on them as well.
